PrimeFlow speaks MCP, so Claude, Grok, and ChatGPT can read and update one organization's orders, customers, stock, and invoices through a single HTTPS endpoint.

Endpoint

Stateless JSON over HTTPS. The server does not keep an SSE stream.

JSON-RPC. Accept: application/json. SSE returns 405.

Credentials

Send the credential as Authorization: Bearer. Keep the platform key with operators and Karp.

Organization token

Starts with pfm_. It is bound to one company. Calls without organization headers stay on that company. platform_admin is rejected. A different organization id is rejected.

Platform key

For operators and Karp. The caller sends x-primeflow-role. When the role is org, the caller also sends x-primeflow-organization-id.

What the assistant can call

Call primeflow_get_capabilities first. Customers are the contacts entity.

  • primeflow_get_capabilities

    Role, modules, and which entities this token may use.

  • primeflow_list_records

    List orders, contacts, products, stock, and invoices inside the bound company.

  • primeflow_count_records

    Count rows, including how many customers you have.

  • primeflow_create_record

    Create an allowed record. Sales invoices follow the normal posting path.

  • primeflow_update_record

    Update allowed fields on one record.

Add it as a private connector

One URL works in Claude, Grok, and ChatGPT. A listing in a public plugin directory is a separate review by that company.

Grok

  1. Open grok.com connectors, or add a custom MCP from Grok Bot.
  2. Choose a custom connector and paste the HTTPS endpoint.
  3. Set the Authorization bearer to the organization token.
  4. On consumer Grok, open Settings, then Data, and turn off Improve the Model.

Claude

  1. Open Customize, then Connectors, then add a custom connector.
  2. Choose a remote web connector and paste the endpoint.
  3. Provide the organization token as the connector credential.
  4. A public directory listing needs Anthropic's review. A private connector does not.

ChatGPT

  1. Open Plugins and add a custom MCP server.
  2. Paste the endpoint and the organization token.
  3. Publishing to your own workspace keeps the connector private.
  4. The public Plugin Directory is a separate OpenAI review. Full write tools need a Business, Enterprise, or Edu workspace.

What leaves PrimeFlow

  • Tool results are sent to the assistant so it can write the reply. A local env file does not stop that.
  • PrimeFlow does not use those rows to train a model.
  • Turn off training in the assistant's own account. Business and enterprise plans are the right place for company records.
  • An organization token limits the assistant to one company. It does not make the provider forget the reply.
